Are You Overwhelmed By Sorrow and Tears?

Are you overwhelmed by sorrow and tears? We have a Savior (Jesus) who shed tears during His days on earth. He forgets none of our tears. He even keeps a record of every tear in His bottle.

If this is true, then it is also true that this Savior is worth waiting for, even during seasons of pain when it appears He is absent.

“In the days of His flesh, He (Jesus) offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears …” Hebrews 5:7

“You have taken account of my wanderings;
Put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your book?” Psalm 56:8

“Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right” 1 Peter 4:19

“Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.” Galatians 6:9
“Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.
He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed,
Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm 126:5-6
