MY LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT AGAINST GOD

MY “LEGITIMATE” COMPLAINT AGAINST GOD:

Lord, You could have AT LEAST warned us that following You would require times of trouble! Why didn’t You do that?

Jesus: “These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Jesus: “… for I will show him (Paul) how much he must suffer for My name’s sake.” Acts 9:16

Paul: “Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.” Acts: 14:22

David: “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.” Psalm 34:19

Jeremiah: “Why should any living mortal, or any man, Offer complaint in view of his sins? Let us examine and probe our ways, And let us return to the LORD.” Lamentations 3:39-40

Luke: “So they went on their way from the presence of the Council, rejoicing that they had been considered worthy to suffer shame for His name.” Acts 5:41

Paul: “For to you it has been granted for Christ’s sake, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake” Philippians 1:29
